1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
2. Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted for damage claims.
3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like innerwear, accessories, and customized products) are not returnable or exchangeable.
4. Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be processed as:

Refund to original payment method, or

Store Credit / Exchange, as per your preference.

Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
5. Return Shipping

For damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.

For all other returns (such as size, color, or change of mind), customers must bear the return shipping cost.
