Return & Exchange Policy

At IndiRaas, we value your trust and want you to have the best shopping experience with us. Please read our return & exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

2. Damaged / Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please share clear photos/videos of the issue at support@indiraas.com or WhatsApp us at +91 96497 71108.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted for damage claims.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (like innerwear, accessories, and customized products) are not returnable or exchangeable.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved returns will be processed as:

    • Refund to original payment method, or

    • Store Credit / Exchange, as per your preference.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping.

  • For all other returns (such as size, color, or change of mind), customers must bear the return shipping cost.
