Return & Exchange Policy

At IndiRaas, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

  • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Damaged / Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at beego.indiraas@gmail.com or whatsapp us at +919649771108 with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible for a damage claim.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as innerwear, accessories, and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

  • Approved returns will be processed as:

    • Refund (to your bank account) OR

    • Store Credit / Exchange (as per your preference).

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged/incorrect product, return shipping will be covered by us.

  • For all other returns (such as size, color preference, or change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
